Jose Mourinho’s United, who beat Brighton 2-0 in their quarter-final on Saturday, meet Spurs at their temporary Wembley home. Romelu Lukaku and Nemanja Matic scored the goals that sent them through.
Spurs made the FA Cup semi-finals for a second successive season with 3-0 victory at Swansea on Saturday.

Chelsea secured their semi-final place by winning at Leicester in extra time on Sunday, as Southampton knocked out League One side Wigan.
The FA Cup semi-finals will take place over the weekend of April 21-22.
