Ghana’s biggest mobile telecommunications services providers, MTN have reacted to rumours suggesting that MTN QwikLoan data was affected during their recent internet data challenges.
It was rumoured that all data relating to QWIKLOAN defaulters have been lost and cannot be restored.
However, MTN have debunked these rumours with a statement.
MTN said:
”MTN wishes to inform its loyal customers to debunk rumours about loss of data on its QWIKLOAN services.
Data on QWIKLOAN are stored securely and under no circumstance will an undersea fibre cut affect data storage for the service.
This information is not true and should be disregarded.
Thank you”
