Patricia Afriyie, wife of Kumawood actor Kwadwo Nkansah Lil Win, in trending audio has been heard confessing to cheating on her husband.
Top Kay, a former management member of Kwadwo Nkansah, recently in an interview with Kwaku Manu Aggressive Interview revealed that Patricia Afriyie has on many occasions cheated on the Kumawoood actor with different men.
The sacked Boss Nation member issued this threat in reaction to claims by Patricia that he together with Zack brainwashed Kwadwo Nkansah to dump her with false allegations.
He even advised Kwadwo to go for a DNA test to confirm the paternity of his kids because his wife is a wh*re who has multiple s*x partners.
