Kwesi Appiah is expected to remain as the head coach of the Black Stars, despite Ghana’s failure to meet their target at the ongoing 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
The Black Stars’ hopes of winning the trophy was dented by Tunisia, following a 5-4 penalty shootout defeat to Tunisia.
Kwesi Appiah’s contract was extended for six months, ensuring he is in charge of the Black Stars until the end of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
Information reaching Airnewsonline.com indicates he is set to be given another contract extension, probably 2 years.
