Member of Parliament for Assin Central, Kennedy Agyapong has revealed that he will premiere his video dubbed “Who Watches The Watchman” on Wednesday, 27 June 2018 at 7pm at the forecourt of Oman FM, located at Madina in Accra
He said “Who watches the watchman” is a compilation of “dubious” activities of undercover journalist Anas Aremeyaw Anas, which, according to him, proves that the brain behind the Number 12 exposé which uncovered rot within the Ghana Football Association, is, himself, corrupt.
The lawmaker revealed his intentions on Oman FM’s political talk programme – Boiling Point – on Thursday, 21 June 2018 after he returned from his China trip.
Mr Agyapong launched a scathing attack on Anas’s modus operandi in his journalism practice shortly after the journalist disclosed his intention to release his latest documentary.
According to Mr Agyapong, Anas does not practice investigative journalism but sets people up to destroy their hard-won reputation.
He noted that if Anas were to have been using the same entrapment tactics in some other part of the world, he would have been killed by now.
The lawmaker described Anas as “corrupt, evil, blackmailer, and wicked”, and promised to strip him naked with evidence.
According to the MP, he will be vindicated after the “Who watches the watchman” documentary is made public.
