About six of Fancy Gadam fans are feared dead and several others injured in a gory accident in Tamale, according to a provisional toll.
Several wounded victims have also been rushed to the Tamale Teaching Hospital for medical care.

The accident about three kilometres away from the Central Business District in Tamale on Friday 29 June 2018.
The fans were en route to the airport to welcome Fancy Gadam and Nigerian artiste Patoranking who are billed for a musical concert in Tamale on Saturday 30 June 2018.
According to an eye-witness, the accident occurred when a vehicle conveying some of the teeming fans, collided with an oncoming vehicle that had a tire burst, causing the driver to veer off the road.
Mujahid Ahmed Bello, known by his stage name Fancy Gadam, is a Ghanaian Afropop artiste who is deemed as one of the most celebrated musicians in the Northern Region of Ghana and has a huge fan base who constantly support his events.
