Nigerian singer, David Adeleke, popularly known by his stage name Davido, in a new video sighted by AirnewsOnline.com has stopped policemen from searching a young Nigerian man.
A Twitter user @uche_jr_01 shared his encounter with the Police and how the ‘Fem’ hitmaker came to his rescue.
Sharing the video, he wrote:
“I thought they said no more stop and search ,@davido came and said enter your car and follow me , told them to leave my boys ,African Giant…..#ENDSARS #ENDPOLICEBRUTALITY”
Davido is set to be leading a protest in Abuja today, Sunday, October 11th, against Police brutality.
He tweeted:
“Abuja tomorrow, who with me”.
In another tweet he wrote, “We need dialogue with the top ASAP … no zoom no phone call no ig live … we want face to face”.
