According to the Ghana Health Service, 17 patients being treated for the deadly the novel Coronavirus has recovered.
Director-General of the Service, Dr Patrick Aboagye made this known during the Ministry’s Press Briefing this morning.
He said:
“Currently we have 83 people in that category. A significant number have tested the first negative but we have 17 who have recorded double negatives and are obviously clinically cured.”
Dr Aboagye gave a breakdown of admissions in the various hospitals treating patients with the disease as follows:

UGMC – 23
37 Military Hospital – 2
Ridge Hospital – 4
Komfo Anokye – 2
Kumasi South – 6
Korle-Bu – 2
Bekwai – 2
Obsuai – 2
Volta Regional Hospital – 7
