According to Razzonline.com, it has intercepted a 16-minute long audio in which an ardent member of the Electoral Commission by name Paulina Opare is heard exposing the evil deeds of former EC Chairperson madam Charlotte Osei.
Paulina Opare alleged that Charlotte Osei is a selfish woman who wanted to rig the 2016 elections for John Mahama and the NDC.
Paulina also touched on how Charlotte Osei was given GHC250,000.00 to put up her office by the NDC and signed a contract amounting GHC4Million.
The Chief Justice’s Committee report recommended that the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission, Mrs Charlotte Osei and her two deputies, Amadu Sulley and Georgina Opoku Amankwaa should be removed from office.
President Nana Akufo-Addo acted on the report and relieved Charlotte Osei of her duties and her two deputies.
This comes after a committee set up by the Chief Justice, Justice Sophia Akuffo, pursuant to Article 146(4) of the Constitution, to investigate separate complaints brought against the three persons by Ghanaian citizens, recommended their removal from office.
