My EOM album is bigger than Reign album Stonebwoy brags

Dancehall act, Stonebwoy, has stated that his Epistles of Mama is much bigger of the Shatta Wale’s ‘The Reign’ album as it has been perceived by SM fans.

Stonebwoy released ‘Epistles of Mama’ album in 2017 with a number of collaborations including one with Sean Paul.

The album, which features a tall list of artists including Kabaka Pyramid, Sarkodie, Mugeez, Efya, AKA, Praiz and Burna Boy, debuted on the Billboard World Albums Chart in March 2018 and peaked at 13.

Stonebwoy’s ‘Epistles of Mama‘ after its release was rated the second best album in the world. His spot gunned down many heavyweight albums, which saw Chronixx’s ‘Chronology‘ topping the list.

Speaking in an interview with Prince Tsegah (Da Don) on ‘You Sey Weytin’ on Hitz Fm Stonebwoy stressed that he was not worried by the achievement of his competitor but noted that he appeared on the Billboard before Shatta Wale and that his “EOM” album is bigger than Shatta Wale’s “Reign”.

‘‘I put it to you blatantly; EOM is a bigger album than Reign. Full stop!’’.

‘‘I’ve been there, done that before he got there…So if somebody else does it, you can also look at the perspective of somebody [who] got inspired by the deeds of others,’’ he said.

‘‘That doesn’t mean I do not wish someone’s album to grow…Rather than trying to put somebody up against somebody,’’ he stated.
