Newly promoted English Premier League side Fulham have made an £8million offer for Swansea City forward Jordan Ayew.
Swansea were relegated from the Premier League last season, and look set to part with a number of their assets ahead of a Championship campaign.
Ayew signed for Swansea from Aston Villa in January 2017, scoring 11 goals across all competitions to finish as the team’s top scorer. This stellar performance saw him named Swansea’s Player of the Year.
Swansea are also discussing the potential sale of goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski to east London side West Ham.
A potential deal for the former Arsenal man is set to sit in the region of £7m.
A transfer could be concluded before the weekend, should talks continue successfully between the two clubs.
Fabianski was a stronger performer for Swansea last season, despite their top flight elimination.
Of his 181 total Premier League appearances, the Poland international has kept 51 clean sheets.
