Black Stars player Abdul Majeed Waris has expressed disappointment in Ghana’s most decorated rapper Sarkodie describing him as disrespectful following the mishaps that occurred at the just ended Rapperhoic Concert 2018.
Many music fans have labelled the show as a ‘flop’ despite its massive publicity as compared to the previous year.
Reacting to this, the Black Stars striker revealed that he was disappointed by the organisers’ total disregard for patrons who are the primary stakeholders of the show.
The Nantes striker on loan from F.C Porto said:
“Expensive tickets but no seat numbers, no seats. Very disrespectful to fans and followers. Highly disappointed last night. Couldn’t even watch a single show. The fans deserve better organisation for the rapperholic show”.
However, Sarkodie has admitted that this year’s Rapperholic Concert was successful as he hoped for.
According to the SarkCess Music boss, he had a serious sore throat on the day of the event due to quite a number of events he attended before the program.
In a short video, Sarkodie really explained himself, from the problems they encountered before, during and after the event.
He showed appreciation to all those who passed through especially Amakye Dede, Tinny, Bright of BukBak and all those who supported in diverse ways.
