Ghanaian Afro-pop, highlife and reggae musical artist Kojo Antwi says Afro-pop singer, Wiyaala is underrated as far as the music industry is concerned in Ghana.

According to the “Adiepena” hitmaker, the young lady is doing more than being recognized, which he somewhat attributed to the language and taste of consumers not excluding the media.

Kojo Antwi said more light should be thrown on Wiyaala since other countries celebrate the Ghana music award winner even more than her own country.

Noella Wiyaala, known in showbiz circles as Wiyaala, is a Ghanaian Afro-pop singer-songwriter who sings in her native Sissala and Waale dialects and English, often combining all three languages within her songs.

Many people in the country seldom hear of Wiyaala due to reasons that are not so clear.

It is not so glaringly obvious what exactly the problem or reason is aside language, but Kojo Antwi urged Ghanaians to support the young lady’s career because he believes she is great.
